Writing Machine

I am a writing machine.

In the past two and a half weeks, I've written 5 full-length sermons (full length for me anyway), 4 shorter sermons, 1 instablogs article, 1 graduate school paper, and about 15 blog posts. And I'm not done yet.

Not including the blog posts, that is a total of 60+ pages.

Woah. That is a LOT of writing.

Rachel Watches....Titanic Last Saturday night, I happen to be flipping channels and I came across Titanic, just about to start. Having not watched it in a while, I figured I could leave it on while I baked, wrote a paper, and did other tasks around the house. It is an excellent movie! I had forgotten how good it is. Civic Pride and Responsibility At Gann, the theme for the year is Civic Pride and Responsibility, which goes nicely with the fact that it is an election year. Last Thursday, I was lucky enough to join the 11th grade on a trip up to New Hampshire to visit the two candidates' campaign sites. The two sites were drastically different, and I wonder if connections could be made between how the campaigns are run (and what the offices look like) and the candidates themselves.
