Did you know that tomorrow is National Pancake Day? You can be sure that I'll be stopping at a diner tomorrow night for dinner (on my way home from New York)!
A classmate of mine who writes a wonderful blog called Baking and Books posted a recipe and a gorgeous picture of pancakes that she made. Take a look over there - and if you feel like making me some pancakes, know that I won't object! (but prefer chocolate chips to blueberries, in case you were wondering)
